WEST SPRINGFIELD, MA – November 24, 2014 –MTI Systems, a leading provider of innovative cost estimating software solutions for manufacturing, today announced a new partnership with Tianjin Kinzer Consulting Co., Ltd., which directly opens a Costimator® sales and distribution channel for Chinese and Japanese manufacturers.
