Resetting Security Locks

Have you ever found yourself locked out of the cost estimating system? Or needed to open a part that is locked, because another user has it opened, and they have left for the day? If this has happened to you and you have Administrator rights, here' how it can be fixed.

"Open up the Administrator Workbench. Click on the Reset Security Locks tab. When this is selected, the screen that appears shows the users for which the database items they have locked. Simply click on the entry you would like removed and click ""Reset User."""

NOTE: by selecting ""Reset All"" this will kick all users out of Costimator.
