Configuration - Costimator Tips
These tips describe how manufacturing information is setup for the user inside of Costimator. Areas of information include standards, purchased parts, work centers and other database related items.
- Arrange Icons on the Tool Bar - To Increase Speed and Reduce Training Time
- Attachment of Files
- Edit the Description Field
- Choose either Customer or Supplier for the Part Information Window
- Custom Fields – Helps Sorting and Searching for Previously Estimated Parts or Quotes
- Default Plant - Saves Time and Prevents Using Work Center Rates from a Different Plant

- Show Changed by User - This Reveals the User Who Modified the Part Last
