Mild Steel: Oxygen Plasma/Oxygen or Air Shield

Stainless: Air or H17 or Nitrogen Plasma/Air or Nitrogen Shield

Aluminum: Air Plasma/Nitrogen or Air Shield

Stacked parts are one on top of the other. Multiple parts in a sheet are not considered here. That would require a different model. Of course total thickness means the total thickness of the entire stack.

1. Select the "Part Weight"

2. Select the "Material Type"

3. Select the "Material Thickness Tot & Amp"

4. The program calculates "Cut Time per Inch"

5. Enter the "Cut Distance"

6. The "Rapid Traverse Distance" is calculated

7. The "Rapid Rate IPM" is set to 1000 IPM but is changeable by the user.

8. Enter the "Number of Pierce"

9. Enter the "Number of Parts Stacked" if they are.

10. The "Cut Time per Stack" is calculated.

11. The program calculates the cut time and handling time complete.
