1. Enter "Length" of the manifold block.
2. Enter the "Width" of the block.
3. Enter the "Thickness" of the block.
4. Enter the "Cutout Area(s)" if there are any.
These are areas like pockets and shoulders.
5. Enter the "Cutout Depth" if you entered data in number 4 above for "Cutout Areas".
6. Enter "Holes Finish Dia" if there are holes in the part.
7. Enter the "Depth" for the holes.
8. Enter the "Quantity" of holes.
9. Select "Tap Holes?" thread size if there are any threaded holes in the part.
10. Enter the "Tap Hole Depth" if there are threaded holes.
11. Enter the "Number of Tap Holes".
12. Select "SAE Ports? Number" if there are port holes in the block.
13. Enter the "Number of Ports" if there are port holes.
The program will now calculate the manufacturing time based on the material speeds and feeds from the Costimator database.
