This Cost Model (CM) is normally used for Prismatic and Cylindrical Type Parts.

Use this selection for holes with counterbores.

User Input

1. Enter the "Hole Diameter"

2. Enter the "Hole Depth"

3. Enter the "Counterbore Dia."

4. Enter the "Counterbore Depth"

5. Enter the "Number of Holes"

The program will calculate the Spot Drill Size, Drill and Counterbore Time based on the speeds and feeds residing in the database for the material selected.

The final time includes spot drilling, drilling and counterboring of the hole(s). Allowance for the approach of the tools is also included.
