This Cost Model (CM) is normally used for Prismatic and Cylindrical Type Parts.

1. Enter the "Counterbore Dia."

2. Enter the "Counterbore Depth"

3. Enter the "Number of Counterbores"

The program will calculate the Spot Drill Size and Counterbore Time based on the speeds and feeds residing in the database for the material selected.

The final time includes spot drilling and counterboring of the hole(s). Allowance for the approach of the tools is also included.
