OD, Undercuts
This Cost Model (CM) is normally used for Cylindrical Type Parts.
Usually, undercuts are required behind threads to give the threading tool a place to exit the thread area.

User Input
1. Enter "Diameter".
This is the diameter of the undercut being formed.
2. Enter the "Depth"
This is the distance the tool will penetrate the part radially.
The program will now calculate the number of cuts and speeds and feeds based off of the detail method in Costimator. The undercut tool will not be making additional cuts for the width. If the undercut width is .250 wide, then the undercut tool width will be the same size. The final time is based on that master data.
