OD, Face Grooves
A "Face Groove" is produced on the end face of the part.

User Input
1. Enter "Groove Diameter"
This is the diameter whereby the grooving tool will begin cutting.
2. Enter the "Groove Depth"
This is the distance the tool will penetrate the part radially.
This is the distance the tool will penetrate the part radially.
The program will now calculate the number of cuts and speeds and feeds based off of the detail method in Costimator. The grooving tool will not be making additional cuts for the width of the groove. If the groove is .250 wide, then the grooving tool width will be the same size. The final time is based on that master data.
