This Cost Model (CM) is normally used for Cylindrical Type Parts.

1. Enter "Beginning Diameter"

This is the diameter at which the tool will begin cutting the form into the part.

2. Enter the "Form Depth"

That is the depth that the tool will be cutting into the part radially.

The program will now calculate the number of cuts and speeds and feeds based off of the detail method in Costimator. The final time is based on that master data.
