ID, Diameters
This Cost Model (CM) is normally used for Cylindrical Type Parts.

User Input
1. Enter "Final Diameter Size".
The part must have a hole to start with.
2. Enter the "Envelope"
The Envelope is the amount of stock being removed in this CM.
The stock removal is radial off the part. An example would be where the part starting hole is 2.000 and the Envelope is .125 inches. The final hole size would be 2.250 (2.000 + (2*.125)).
3. Enter the "Length" of the hole.
The program will now calculate the number of cuts and speeds and feeds based off of the detail method in Costimator. The final time is based on that master data.
